As principal consultant for Strategy for Growth, LLC, Ginny Christensen provides strategic planning, board development, executive coaching, and leadership team development for independent schools and nonprofits.
Ginny has many years of leadership experience in schools and organizations, having served as head of school, administrator, teacher, and trustee. She has published and presented on issues of board development, strategic planning, professional development for teachers, curriculum design, and using conflict to build personal and institutional growth.
Originally a native of Minneapolis, Ginny has a doctorate from Fielding Graduate University, a master’s degree from Wheelock College, and a bachelor’s degree from Wellesley College. She makes her home in the Philadelphia area.
